These terms cover your use of the Shade Studio website and the services we provide at our salon in Long Branch, New Jersey. By using this site or booking with us, you agree to what is written here.

Booking an appointment

When you book, you are holding a stylist's time. We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Our full cancellation terms are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We may ask for a card on file to hold certain appointments, including extensions and longer color services.

Consultations and results

Extensions, color corrections, and major color changes require a consultation first. At that consultation your stylist gives you an honest assessment and a price.

Hair is not a manufactured product. Results depend on your hair's history, its condition, and how you care for it at home. We will always tell you what is realistic before we start, and we will tell you when something cannot be done safely in one visit.

Prices

Current pricing lives on our Services page. Prices can change, and the price quoted at your consultation is the one that applies to your booking.

Products bought on this site

We do our best to describe products accurately. Colors on screen can differ slightly from the product in your hand. Returns are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Your information

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

The text, photos, and branding on this site belong to Shade Studio. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking us first.

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
